Items that are tagged "PREORDER" MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY from available items. Customer must have 2 transactions, one for the AVAILABLE (in-stock) items and one for the PREORDER (reserved) items. Failure to separate the PREORDER items may result in the delay of the customer's shipment.

"PREORDER" items are not yet available or in-stock, and the customer is simply reserving the items. When the preorder items are already available, the customer’s credit card will then be charged, and the item will ship upon credit card processing.
